Cermet Materials, Inc., was founded in 1985 to manufacture powders and thick film pastes for the multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) and hybrid circuit industries. Recently, Cermet has introduced screen printable conductive pastes for the photovoltaic (PV) industry. The years of technical know-how in thick film manufacturing and excellent customer service enabled Cermet to swiftly introduce PV pastes into the market. Our PV product line consists of Aluminum, Silver/Aluminum, and Silver thick film pastes for Cz and multi-crystalline silicon applications. Below is a brief description of our product line:

Solus 62XX series are aluminum screen
printable pastes, which require minimal laydown to achieve a uniform P+,

BACK CONTACT PASTES
Solus 63XX series are screen printable
silver/aluminum or 100% silver pastes with high pull strength with
excellent solderability. The fired paste allows minimal resistive
loss between the uniform aluminum layer and the Ag/Al or Ag contact

FRONT CONTACT PASTES
Solus 64XX series are screen printable silver pastes for firing onto
Si3N4 or TiO2 anti-reflective coatings. They have a wide firing
window and are without the deleterious effects of parasitic resistive
losses. The fired contacts have an average peak to valley of 20um
and have a high gridline resolution with less than 5% deviation from
optimum grid pattern width. These products are summarized
