200B Series
(100% Pd Powder)
Cermet's 100% Pd 200B powder is a monosized, chemically precipitated spherical powder with an SEM particle diameter of 0.8u. This product is identical to Cermet's 200S 100% Pd powder except that it is designed for reduced oxidation during firing. Oxidation for Pd 200B is typically reduced from 14% to less than 7% as measured by TGA with a heating rate of 10oC per minute in air.
Cermet 200B 100%Pd powders are also available coated with a variety of organic and inorganic coatings to affect shrinkage, oxidation, and wetting characteristics.
